No refund will be issued for no-shows and cancellations made less the fourteen (14) days prior to reservation date.
A 50% refund based on Services Purchased will be issued for cancellations made fifteen (15) to twenty nine (29) days to reservation date.
A full refund based on Services Purchased minus a $75.00 Administration Fee, will be issued for cancellations made more than thirty (30) day prior to reservation date.
This policy may be superseded by the various hotels, tour providers, property owners, rental managers at any time.
Specific times when this policy most probably will be superseded are the peak or high seasons.
All reservations for the Holiday Weeks of Christmas, New Years and Easter are final and not subject to refund.
All claims for refunds must be made IN WRITING 30 days of the scheduled return. All Pre-Paid Vouchers must accompany the claim.
No refunds will be made for features included in our itineraries that travelers chose not to take part in.
No refunds will be made for missing transfers or sightseeing tours due to changes or delays in airline schedules or other delays not within the control of the Travel Store, Ltda.
The Travel Store, Ltda. will not be liable for the refund of money for changes in travel arrangements made by the client after the departure date.
Any service issues affecting the quality of the guest's hotel stay must be addressed directly with the hotel's management at the time the issue arises as the Travel Store, Ltda. is not liable for refunds for such inconveniences.
