The Travel Store was founded in 1992 in Escazu, Costa Rica catering to the travel needs of individuals visiting Cost Rica and to the North American and European Ex-Pats living in Costa Rica.

The Travel Store began with only one web page: costaricatravelstore.com specializing in airfares to Central and South America and to travel and packages in Costa Rica. And, packages departing from Costa Rica to all parts of the world.

At the turn of the century The Travel Store added another website: allcostaricatravel.com and over the years has continued to build and maintain additional websites to service the needs of the ever increasing number of families, fishermen, travelers, and students coming to Costa Rica.

In 2002 The Travel Store moved it’s offices from Escazu to the Association of Residents of Costa Rica in Casa Canada in the Sabana Este or the Paseo Colon part of San Jose. From this location they are better able to serve the Ex-Pat community in Costa Rica as well as thousands of visitors coming to Costa Rica.
